our story
We really don't have much history. We are just beginning. Two years ago while eating a burger at Dick's Drive -In, an English teacher felt God's call to plant a church. God's call on Sam's life was so profound that he felt that he would be disobeying Jesus if he did not plant a church. After hours of conversations, Sam began to form a team. In a matter of months, what began as three couples in his living room grew to 50 packed into his 3 car garage.
On Sunday November 6, 2006 Damascus road Church had it's first public service in Allen Creek Elementary School. Chairs had been purchased, signs were made, a school was rented. It is exciting to see Jesus build His church.
